Smile Inside wishes to periodically share practices and activities that have a focus on personal development. The ideas are effective and relevant to those who work with youth across a variety of fields. The plan is to keep it short and to the point, most of us have enough to wade through already and less time reading means more time planning incredible experiences for the youth in our care.
